Nothing is that never was. All that is, was. Your pursuits have been sought. You passions have been harbored. Your wars have been fought. Things get old enough, they begin to seem new to the unfamiliar, unknowing. You can't even invent the manner of your death- many before you already died from what'll kill you.

We are cognizant of the fact that the journey to make Suba North Constituency better for all of us will not be an easy task. We are also alive to the fact that such pursuit cannot be a one-man affair, and necessitates wide consultations, sitting on tables and through meetings. Today, I had a sit-down with Hon. Victor Ndiege- a fellow constituent of Suba North and a man that hopes for better days for our people as well. My good friend Patrick Odemba was also present, to share his insights on what the future could look like. My people oft say that "piny igero kod mbaka", and that is what we'll continue to do. We shall meet the people and listen to what they really want, and work collectively towards such desires. If, in our conversations we meet like-minded individuals, we shall form formidable alliance that will help us see this journey through. If it is change the people want, change we shall help them realize!

The kind of high-handedness witnessed by Technical University of Kenya (TUK) cannot be tolerated. We are past the days when the status quo would boast of the many prisoners of conscience within their cells. Student Leaders MUST not be victimized for daring to stand with those they lead, and the tutors and staffs that take care of them. The Administration of TUK must move with speed to resolve their current mess and recall all the student leaders and students who received suspension letters today. The comrades of this nation stand in solidarity with our fellows in TUK, and vow to march for them and with them- till justice is served.

We welcome the Rt. Hon. Raila Amolo Odinga back home. The AUC pursuit was a great journey, and we laud Baba for being brave enough to try- he has always been brave.

We have walked with Remmy Osoti for sometime now. We have been at frontlines, fighting as Generals for our people. We have been in Board meetings, managing the present and scheming for the future. We have also shared meals, as brothers. I say that he had done well as an SG for Multimedia University, and should be trusted to steer the institution as the Students' President. Mine is a Voice of Confidence in this brother- President to be.
