The believing servant is afflicted with worries and sorrows that may shatter his heart, and he must find relief—otherwise, he will perish. And among the greatest means of relieving worry and finding sufficiency is: *`Abundant sending of blessings upon the Prophet ﷺ..`* *‏“Then your worry will be taken care of, and your sin will be forgiven.”* > So, O you who are afflicted with worry and sorrow, and burdened by distress, increase your sending of blessings and peace upon him ﷺ.

يُصِيبُ العَبْدَ المُؤْمِنَ مِنَ الهُمُومِ وَالأَحْزَانِ ما قَدْ يُفَتِّتُ فُؤَادَهُ، فَلَابُدَّ لَهُ مِنْ تَنْفِيسٍ وَإِلَّا هَلَكَ، وَمِنْ أَعْظَمِ سُبُلِ التَّنْفِيسِ عَنِ الهَمِّ وَكَفَايَتِهِ: *`كَثْرَةُ الصَّلَاةِ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ..`* *‏« إِذَنْ تُكْفَى هَمَّكَ، وَيُغْفَرُ لَكَ ذَنْبُكَ »* > فَيَا مَنْ أَصَابَكَ الهَمُّ وَالحُزْنُ، وَاشْتَدَّ بِكَ الكَرْبُ، أَكْثِرْ مِنَ الصَّلَاةِ وَالسَّلَامِ عَلَيْهِ ﷺ.

To everyone who wishes to drive away misery, remove worry, and see their hopes and desires fulfilled: *You must send blessings and peace upon the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ.* *`And remember the words of the Prophet ﷺ to Ubayy ibn Ka‘b:`* > “Then your worry will be taken care of, and your sin will be forgiven.”

> Qāla al-Imām Ibn Rajab – may Allāh have mercy on him –: « Whoever is unable to stand at ʿArafah, *let him stand at the limits of Allāh which he has come to know.* And whoever is unable to spend the night in Muzdalifah, *let him spend the night in obedience to Allāh, to draw nearer and be brought close.* And whoever is unable to offer his sacrifice at Minā, *let him slaughter his own desires so he may reach his aspirations.* And whoever is unable to reach the House because he is far from it, *let him intend the Lord of the House, for He is closer to him than his jugular vein* ». > [📚 Laṭāʾif al-Maʿārif (p. 633)]

لِكُلِّ مَنْ أَرَادَ أَنْ يَنْدَفِعَ عَنْهُ البُؤْسُ، وَيَزُولَ الهَمُّ، وَتَتَحَقَّقَ لَهُ الأَمَانِيُّ وَالرَّغَبَاتُ، *عَلَيْكَ بِالصَّلَاةِ وَالسَّلَامِ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ مُحَمَّدٍ ﷺ.* *`وَتَذَكَّرْ قَوْلَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ لِأُبَيِّ بْنِ كَعْبٍ:`* > « *إِذًا تُكْفَى هَمَّكَ، وَيُغْفَرْ لَكَ ذَنْبُكَ* »
