Congratulations to Jordan Grant on graduating from St. Georgeโs University, Grenada, West Indies with a Doctor of Medicine. Could you share your experience throughout your studies? Medical school was a taxing and exhausting journey, marked by countless sleepless nights and formidable challenges. The onset of Covid added an unprecedented layer of difficulty, compounding the mental strain and academic pressures. Facing disappointing grades at times, I grappled with self-doubt and moments when giving up seemed tempting. Yet, each obstacle tested my resilience and ultimately shaped my determination and commitment to the path I chose. Through these trials, the unwavering support of my family kept me grounded, inspiring me to persevere. Their encouragement fuelled my growth, transforming challenges into invaluable lessons that strengthened both my character and resolve. What life lessons have you learnt? This journey taught me not only about medicine but also revealed profound insights about myself and the invaluable power of support. To anyone navigating their own path, whether in medicine or elsewhere, trust in yourself. Believe in your ability to overcome, and know that with perseverance and support, you will achieve your goals.

Congratulations to Sadรฉ Piper on graduating from The University of Law with a Postgraduate Diploma in Bar Practice! Could you share your experience throughout your studies? Completing the Postgraduate Diploma in Bar Practice was an intense but incredibly rewarding journey. From the outset, we were told to expect the demands of a full-time job โ and that proved to be absolutely true. Balancing the rigorous workload both in and out of the classroom required dedication, discipline, and resilience. This experience not only strengthened my work ethic but also deepened my faith and taught me the true value of perseverance. To anyone pursuing this path, Iโd say: surround yourself with a strong support system, stay grounded in your beliefs, and remember โ it is possible, and you can do it. Whatโs next?ย Following my upcoming Call to the Bar in the UK, my goal is to return home and contribute meaningfully to my community. Iโm passionate about using the knowledge and skills Iโve gained throughout my legal training to make a positive impact. I look forward to serving with purpose and giving back to the place that has shaped me.
