๐ฌ๐ง๐ค๐ง๐ด We are pleased to share that Dr Winston Moore, President of the Anglo-Bolivian Society, has been appointed a Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) by His Majesty King Charles III ๐, in recognition of his outstanding contribution to strengthening the bilateral relationship between the United Kingdom and Bolivia. Over the years, Dr Moore has worked tirelessly to build lasting bridges between our two nations. Most recently, he led humanitarian efforts during the COVID-19 pandemic, coordinating the delivery of essential medical supplies to various regions across Bolivia. In 2022, he organised the celebration of the Anglo-Bolivian Societyโs 30th anniversary at the UK Parliament ๐๏ธโ an event that highlighted the impact of those who contribute to the wellbeing of our communities in both the UK and Bolivia. ๐ฃ๏ธ โI accept this honour with deep gratitude, on behalf of all those who have worked to strengthen the historic and enduring ties between the UK and Bolivia. This recognition reflects a shared journeyโbuilt on mutual respect, cultural understanding, and a commitment to collaboration.
