One of our largest new council housing developments is now on site in Coatbridge and is set to bring 127 new homes to the area. Construction is underway on the project, which will be delivered by CCG Scotland, on the vacant ground at the former Columba High School in Whifflet. The range of homes includes flats, semi-detached properties and bungalows with 22 of these being wheelchair suitable and a further 57 amenity houses meaning they can adapt over time to meet tenants’ needs.
