Marketing/Events Coordinator Job Title: Marketing/Events Coordinator Job Description:The Marketing/Events Coordinator will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing marketing events and campaigns across all the subsidiaries, to enhance brand visibility and engagement. This role involves coordinating event logistics, developing marketing materials, and working closely with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of events. The coordinator also has to initiate events both internally and for external awareness in order to create content for the Group that will enhance the brand. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and coordinate marketing events, including conferences, and corporate gatherings. marketing initiatives to be designed and presented for approval on a regular basis - Develop and manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create and distribute promotional materials. - Oversee event setup, execution, and teardown, ensuring all aspects are aligned with brand standards. - Track and evaluate event performance, gathering feedback to improve future events. - Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to support brand and business objectives. - Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for event services. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field. - 3-5 years of experience in event coordination or marketing. - Strong organizational and project management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software. - Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
