In 1986, to commemorate UNICEF’s 40th anniversary, the Government of India issued a special postage stamp highlighting child immunization.
The stamp featured one of our very own—Neena Gupta, a former UNICEF staff member, holding her 9-month-old son as he received a make-believe vaccine shot.
