Today, I had the pleasure of meeting Mr Yukito Higaki, President of Imabari Shipbuilding Group, Japan’s largest shipbuilder, and Mr Nishimura from Sojitz, a leading trading and investment company.
We discussed the vast opportunities Andhra Pradesh offers in shipbuilding, green recycling, and ship maintenance yards.
We also deliberated on the skilling of youth in shipbuilding and green technologies to meet both domestic and global demand. Looking forward to fruitful collaborations that drive growth and employment in our state.
