اختتام ورشة العمل حول التحول من موازنة البنود إلى موازنة البرامج والأداء ــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــ أُختتمت ورشة العمل الموسومة بـ (التحول من موازنة البنود إلى موازنة البرامج والأداء ) التي نظمها مجلس الخدمة العامة الاتحادي بالتعاون مع المعهد الدولي للتدريب والتطوير المؤسسي، اليوم الثلاثاء الموافق ٤ شباط ٢٠٢٥ قدمت الورشة فرصة قيمة للمشاركين لاستكشاف العوامل الرئيسية التي تؤدي إلى نجاح التحول من موازنة البنود إلى موازنة البرامج والأداء. من خلال التفاعل مع المحاضر، الأستاذ الدكتور تقي العبدواني، اكتسب المشاركون فهماً أعمق لتجارب الدول الأخرى، مثل سلطنة عمان، وتعرفوا على الدروس المستفادة والتحديات التي يمكن التغلب عليها. وفي سياق متصل افاد المركز الاعلامي للمجلس بأن الانتقال إلى نموذج موازنات أكثر فعالية يتطلب جهداً من جميع الأطراف، ومشاركة الجهات الحكومية الفعّالة هي خطوة مهمة نحو تعزيز الأداء المؤسسي والنزاهة في إدارة الموارد المالية. مؤكداً على إن جهودهم ستسهم بشكل كبير في تحقيق الأهداف التنموية للدولة وتعزيز الثقافة المؤسسية التي تركز على الأداء والنتائج. مجلس الخدمة العامة الاتحادي إرادة دولة … وإنفاذ قانون Conclusion of the Workshop on Transitioning from Line-Item Budgeting to Program and Performance Budgeting ———————————- The workshop titled “Transitioning from Line-Item Budgeting to Program and Performance Budgeting” organized by the Federal Public Service Council in collaboration with the International Institute for Training and Institutional Development, concluded today, Tuesday, February 4, 2025. The workshop provided participants with a valuable opportunity to explore the key factors for a successful transition to program and performance budgeting. Through interactive discussions with the keynote speaker, Professor Dr. Taqi Al-Abdwani, attendees gained deeper insights into international experiences, particularly Oman’s transition, learning from both its successes and the challenges it faced. In this context, the Council’s Media Center emphasized that moving to a more efficient budgeting model requires collective effort from all stakeholders. Effective participation from government entities is a crucial step toward enhancing institutional performance and ensuring transparency in financial resource management. The center also affirmed that these efforts will significantly contribute to achieving national development goals and fostering a results-oriented institutional culture.
