مجلس الخدمة العامة الاتحادي ينظم ورشة عمل حول (إعداد واستخدامات الدليل الوظيفي) ــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــ نظمت دائرة التطوير الإداري / قسم التدريب والتأهيل بالتعاون مع قسم الوصف الوظيفي في مجلس الخدمة العامة الاتحادي ورشة عمل شاملة بعنوان "إعداد واستخدامات الدليل الوظيفي" يوم الأربعاء الموافق ٥ شباط ٢٠٢٥. شهدت هذه الورشة حضور عدد كبير من المهتمين من ذوي الاختصاص في مجالات الإدارة والتنمية البشرية. تخللت الورشة محاضرة مفصلة قدمتها مستشارة المجلس الأستاذة (إلهام لطيف شكر)، التي استعرضت خلالها أهمية الدليل الوظيفي كأداة استراتيجية حيوية لتحسين الأداء الإداري. أوضحت الأستاذة إلهام، أثناء عرضها، كيفية تحقيق الأفضلية التنظيمية من خلال تحديد المهام والمسؤوليات بشكل دقيق، مما يسهل عمليات المتابعة والتقييم. كما تناولت مجموعة من الأساليب الفعالة والممارسات المثلى لإعداد هذا الدليل، بما في ذلك ضرورة إشراك مختلف المعنيين في عملية الإعداد لضمان تلبيته للاحتياجات الفعلية للموظفين والمؤسسة بشكل عام. كما أكدت على دور الدليل الوظيفي في تطوير الكوادر البشرية وتعزيز فعالية العمل داخل المؤسسات، مشيرةً إلى أن وجود مثل هذا الدليل يمكن أن يسهم بشكل كبير في زيادة الإنتاجية وتحقيق الأهداف المؤسسية بفعالية أكبر. واختتمت ورشتها بنقاش مفتوح حول التحديات التي قد تواجه المؤسسات عند تنفيذ هذا الدليل، وإمكانية تبني أساليب جديدة تكفل تحقيق أفضل النتائج في المستقبل. مجلس الخدمة العامة الاتحادي إرادة دولة .. وإنفاذ قانون Federal Public Service Council Organizes Workshop on "Preparation and Uses of the Job Manual" ———————————— The Administrative Development Directorate, along with the Training and Qualification Department and the Job Description Department at the Federal Public Service Council, organized a comprehensive workshop titled "Preparation and Uses of the Job Manual" on Wednesday, February 5, 2025. The workshop was attended by a large number of professionals specializing in management and human development. It featured a detailed lecture delivered by the Council’s consultant, Ms. Ilham Lateef Shukr, who highlighted the strategic importance of the job manual as a vital tool for enhancing administrative performance. During her presentation, Ms. Ilham explained how organizational excellence can be achieved by precisely defining tasks and responsibilities, thereby facilitating effective monitoring and evaluation. She also discussed a range of best practices and effective methodologies for preparing the manual, emphasizing the need to involve various stakeholders to ensure that it meets the actual needs of both employees and the institution. Furthermore, she underscored the role of the job manual in developing human resources and enhancing work efficiency within organizations, noting that such a manual can significantly boost productivity and help achieve institutional objectives more effectively. The session concluded with an open discussion addressing potential challenges organizations might face when implementing the manual, as well as exploring new approaches to secure optimal future outcomes.
