مجلس الخدمة العامة الاتحادي يشارك في ورشة عمل حول قانون الشراكة بين القطاعين العام والخاص ــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــ في إطار توجيهات السيد رئيس مجلس الوزراء، عُقدت ورشة عمل في دار ضيافة رئاسة الوزراء اليوم الاحد ٩ شباط ٢٠٢٥ ،لمناقشة ملاحظات مجلس الوزراء التي تم طرحها خلال الجلسة الاعتيادية الخامسة في ٤ شباط ٢٠٢٥. شارك في الورشة ،كلّ من عضو مجلس الخدمة العامة الدكتور محمد عبد الصاحب ومعاون المدير العام للشؤون المالية الأستاذ علي حمزة، ركز النقاش على مشروع قانون الشراكة بين القطاعين العام والخاص. شهدت الورشة مشاركة عدد من السادة الوزراء والوكلاء والمدراء العامين والمختصين، الذين أبدوا آرائهم وناقشوا المعالجات اللازمة للتحديات المحتملة في مجال تطبيق هذا القانون. وفي ختام الورشة، صدرت عدة توصيات تهدف إلى تعزيز التعاون بين القطاعين العام والخاص، مما يسهم في تحسين الخدمات العامة وزيادة فاعلية الاستثمارات في البلاد. مجلس الخدمة العامة الاتحادي إرادة دولة…وإنفاذ قانون Federal Public Service Council Participates in Workshop on the Public-Private Partnership Law ———————————— Under the guidance of the Prime Minister, a workshop was held at the Prime Minister's guesthouse on Sunday, February 9, 2025, to discuss the Cabinet's remarks presented during the fifth regular session on February 4, 2025. Among the participants were Dr. Mohammed Abdul-Sahib, a member of the Federal Public Service Council, and Mr. Ali Hamza, Deputy Director General for Financial Affairs. The discussion focused on the draft Public-Private Partnership Law. The workshop saw active participation from several ministers, deputy ministers, general directors, and specialists, who shared their views and discussed the necessary measures to address potential challenges in implementing the law. At the conclusion of the workshop, several recommendations were issued aimed at strengthening cooperation between the public and private sectors, thereby contributing to improved public services and enhanced investment efficiency in the country.
