مجلس الخدمة العامة الاتحادي ينظم برنامجاً تدريبياً متميز باستخدام التكنولوجيا المعالجة بالذكاء الاصطناعي لتطوير مهارات المتعينين حديثًا في المؤسسات الحكومية ——————————— نظّمت دائرة التطوير الإداري، بالتعاون مع قسم الإعلام والاتصال الحكومي في مجلس الخدمة العامة الاتحادي، دورة تدريبية اليوم الاحد ١٦ شباط ٢٠٢٥ ، ضمن برنامج تدريبي مّعد من قبل مختصين ،في مقر الهيئة الوطنية للاستثمار، يهدف إلى تطوير مهارات الموظفين الجدد المعينين حديثاً في مختلف المؤسسات الحكومية. تميز البرنامج التدريبي باستخدام التكنولوجيا والمعالجه بالذكاء الاصطناعي وهي سابقه تعد الاولى في المجلس وتم اعتمادها كاساس ومرتكز لهذه الورش التدريبيه مما يعكس ذلك على النتائج التي تتصف بالدقه في تحقيق المخرجات التي يبحث عنها المجلس . شمل البرنامج محاور متعددة منها مهارات العمل الإداري، إعداد وصياغة الكتب الرسمية، السلوك الوظيفي وفن الاتكيت والبروتوكول، النزاهة والشفافية في العمل الاداري ، قانون انضباط موظفي الدولة ، قانون الخدمة المدنية . واكد المشرف على البرنامج التدريبي،السيدة سارة إياد عبد الأمير، أن مجلس الخدمة العامة الاتحادي عازم على إعداد كوادر بشرية مؤهلة قادرة على أداء مهامها بكفاءة وفاعلية، بما يسهم في الارتقاء بمستوى العمل الحكومي وتقديم أفضل الخدمات للمواطنين. وشهد البرنامج التدريبي إلقاء محاضرة من قبل مستشار وزير الخارجية، الدكتور حسنين الشيخ، الذي قدم رؤى وأفكاراً مهمة من شأنها تعزيز قدرات الموظفين الجدد في بيئة العمل الحكومي. يندرج هذا البرنامج ضمن آليات التعاون بين مجلس الخدمة العامة الاتحادي والوزارات كافة لتطوير الموارد البشرية، وتعزيز كفاءتها، بما ينعكس إيجاباً على أداء المؤسسات الحكومية. مجلس الخدمة العامة الاتحادي إرادة دولة… وإنفاذ قانون The Federal Public Service Council Launches an AI-Driven Training Program to Develop the Skills of Newly Appointed Government Employees ——————————————- The Administrative Development Division, in collaboration with the Media and Government Communication Department of the Federal Public Service Council, organized a training course on Sunday, February 16, 2025. The course, held at the National Investment Commission headquarters, is part of a training program designed by specialists to enhance the skills of newly appointed employees across various government institutions. This training program is distinguished by its use of artificial intelligence (AI) technology for skill development—an unprecedented initiative for the council, which has adopted AI-based tools as a cornerstone for these workshops. This innovative approach aims to deliver precise outcomes aligned with the council's objectives. The program covers various topics, including administrative work skills, drafting official documents, professional conduct and etiquette, integrity and transparency in administrative work, the State Employees Discipline Law, and the Civil Service Law. Program supervisor Ms. Sarah Ayad Abdul Ameer emphasized the Federal Public Service Council's commitment to preparing a qualified workforce capable of performing their duties efficiently and effectively. She highlighted that such efforts will contribute to enhancing the quality of government services provided to citizens. The program also featured a lecture by Dr. Hasanein Al-Sheikh, Advisor to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, who shared valuable insights and ideas aimed at strengthening the capabilities of new employees within the government work environment.
