عربي - English رئيس مجلس محافظة الأنبار، يترأس اجتماعًا لتعظيم الإيرادات المحلية لدعم القطاعات الصحية والتعليمية والإنسانية . ترأس رئيس مجلس محافظة الأنبار، المهندس عمر مشعان دبوس، اجتماعًا موسعًا اليوم، لمناقشة آليات تعظيم الإيرادات المحلية عبر فرض رسوم على بعض الفعاليات والأنشطة التابعة للقطاع الخاص، وذلك بهدف دعم مرضى الفشل الكلوي والسرطان، وتمويل برنامج ابتعاث طلبة الدراسات العليا، إضافة إلى معالجة الحالات الإنسانية الطارئة . وخلال الاجتماع، الذي حضرته رئيس لجنة الصحة والبيئة في المجلس السيدة انمار السدران وعضو اللجنة السيد وسام زبن، تمت مناقشة آليات تطبيق هذه الرسوم بشكل عادل، يحقق التوازن بين زيادة الإيرادات المالية وتحقيق الأهداف الإنسانية والخدمية للمحافظة، كما شارك في الاجتماع مدير اتصالات ومعلوماتية الأنبار، إلى جانب ممثلين عن نقابة الصيادلة ونقابة المهندسين، وشركات الاتصالات، إضافة إلى ممثلين عن شركة كي كارد والمدارس الأهلية والمعاهد التربوية . وأكد المهندس عمر دبوس خلال الاجتماع أن هذه الخطوة تأتي في إطار التزام مجلس المحافظة بدعم الشرائح الأكثر احتياجًا، وتطوير القطاع التعليمي والصحي، مشددًا على ضرورة وضع آليات تنفيذ شفافة تضمن تحقيق الأهداف المرجوة دون التأثير على بيئة الأعمال والاستثمار في المحافظة . المكتب الإعلامي لرئيس مجلس محافظة الأنبار ١٢ شباط ٢٠٢٥ _________________________ In a move to enhance support for the most vulnerable sectors Anbar Provincial Council Chairman Engineer Omar Mishaan Dabbous led an extensive meeting to discuss mechanisms for increasing local revenues by imposing fees on certain private sector activities ensuring sustainable funding for kidney failure and cancer patients postgraduate scholarship programs and urgent humanitarian cases The meeting was attended by the Chairwoman of the Council’s Health and Environment Committee Anmar Al Sidran along with committee member Wissam Zabin the Director of Anbar Communications and Informatics representatives from the Pharmacists and Engineers Syndicates telecommunications companies Key Card company as well as private school and educational institute representatives Engineer Omar Dabbous emphasized that this initiative reflects the Council’s commitment to supporting vulnerable groups and improving healthcare and education stressing the importance of establishing clear and transparent implementation mechanisms to achieve these goals without negatively impacting the business and investment climate in the province Media Office Chairman of Anbar Governorate Council Feb 12 , 2025
