A Miracle Near Modiin: A Two-Year-Old Toddler Rescued from a 4-Meter-Deep Pit
United Hatzalah medical teams were dispatched to Givat HaTitora following reports of a two-year-old toddler who fell into a pit while hiking with his family in the area.
Avi Deblinger, an EMT and head of United Hatzalah’s Modiin branch, entered the pit (which was four meters deep) and rescued the toddler, who was then transported to the hospital for evaluation in full consciousness and stable condition.
