⏰ *Did the technician arrive late? You might be entitled to compensation!*

According to the Technicians Law in Israel, if a technician or a deliver from a business or company doesn't arrive within the scheduled time window and is more than two hours late - you may be entitled to compensation of 300 NIS!
And if they're more than three hours late from the time window - the compensation is 600 NIS, without having to prove that the delay caused you any damage.
💸 *How to receive the compensation?*
You must request the compensation from the service provider. If they refuse, you can file a claim in small claims court.
