The attacks targeted Jabal al-Rihane (Jezzine) and the outskirts of Azzeh and Bfaroueh(Nabatieh). In the Bekaa, Israeli airstrikes hit the Qornet Umm Mustafa area in Hrabta and the town of Qald al-Sabaa on the outskirts of Hermel near the Syrian border. The Israeli army spokesperson, Avichay Adraee, claimed that the airstrikes in the Bekaa targeted an “underground tunnel used by Hezbollah to transfer weapons and military equipment” between Lebanese and Syrian territory. He also alleged that the other strikes targeted “Hezbollah sites containing weapons and missile launch platforms,” while threatening to continue attacks on Lebanon. The Israeli occupation army has violated the ceasefire more than 873 times since the agreement took effect on November 27, killing 73 people and injuring 265 others, according to Anadolu Agency.
