Hello Dr Waseem i hope you are doing good I want to let everyone know about very un professional practice of *Midway General Hospital* I am writing to bring attention to the highly unprofessional and exploitative practices at Midway General Hospital Nazimabad Karachi Recently my colleagues and I were fired without prior notice just a day before the new month started leaving us in an unfair and uncertain situation. Despite their poor management and unethical conduct, they are now repeatedly posting in groups looking to recruit more doctors. Beware before considering any position here. They force RMOs to work in ICU ER and wards simultaneously They offer an unreasonably low salary for excessive workload. They fire doctors without notice, disregarding our rights and professional commitments Also they never pay for the over time duties and holidays as well
