She received this award alongside remarkable women from Pakistan, India, Saudi Arabia, the Philippines, and other countries for their exceptional achievements. Naila Rizvi serves as a headmistress in a government school in Skardu. Coming from a remote border area, she is tirelessly dedicated to educating underprivileged girls, going beyond her capabilities to make a difference. Her exceptional services have been recognized nationally and internationally multiple times. Now, she has been selected by the University of Malaysia for another prestigious award.
