*UHS Merit List: My Analysis* Sadly, the UHS, with its easiest test, has failed the whole process across Punjab and the federal territories. Accept it or not, the only entity responsible for the current crisis is the UHS. Marks in HSSC have played a more significant role this year. *UHS merit No. 1* is a student who did his *F.Sc in 2021*, and this was his *fourth attempt.* Most of all, the freshers have suffered. A vast majority of those who have secured seats are those who improved 2 to 3 times and repeated MDCAT 3 or 4 times. *The system has failed the genuinely competent students who secured 90%+ in both HSSC and MDCAT on their first attempt.* The system has failed to filter out the mediocre students who barely crossed 95% in their third or fourth attempt. *If HSSC marks were meant to play the decisive role, what was the purpose of conducting the MDCAT?* Regards, Sardar Umar
