According to the date mentioned in the call letter, you must visit your assigned college to submit the required fees and documents. Documents to Be Submitted 1️⃣ UHS Paid Challan 2️⃣Call Letter/Joining Letter 3️⃣College Tuition Fee and Hostel Fee Fee challans will be provided by the college on the day of joining. 4️⃣ Medical Certificate A certificate confirming vaccination against various diseases. You can use a general template and get it signed and stamped by any PMDC-registered doctor (vaccination status isn’t strictly verified). 5️⃣Chest X-Ray Mentioned in the call letter but usually not required 6️⃣ Affidavit To be prepared in court. A template will be shared on the college website along with the call letter. 7️⃣Surety Bond To be prepared in court. A template will be shared on the college website along with the call letter 8️⃣Attested Copies of CNIC 4 copies of your CNIC and your father’s CNIC. 9️⃣Passport-Size Photographs 10 attested photographs. 🔟 Original Documents with 4 Attested Copies These will remain in the college until you complete your MBBS and cannot be retrieved without canceling your admission.
