The Government will provide a one-off Property Tax (PT) rebate of up to 20%, capped at $1,000, for all Owner-Occupied (OO) residential properties in 2025.
From 1 Jan 2025, all AV bands of the owner-occupier residential tax rates will be widened with effect from 1 January 2025, with the first zero-rated AV band raised from $8,000 to $12,000.
