In ATT Systems (S’pore) Pte Ltd and another v Centricore (S) Pte Ltd and another [2025] SGHC 13, the employer-plaintiffs claimed against their ex-employees and the ex-employees’ competing businesses, alleging breach of confidence, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duties, inducement of breach of contract and unlawful means conspiracy. The General Division of the High Court found for the plaintiffs on most issues, clarifying the law on breach of confidence, including the relationship between the equitable and contractual obligations of confidence.
