*Senior QA Engineer* Here’s What You’ll Do: - Lead and execute test strategies, including functional, regression, performance, and automated testing across multiple projects. - Design, develop, and maintain advanced test cases, scripts, and automation frameworks. - Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and UX teams to ensure quality standards are met from inception to release. - Mentor and support junior QA engineers and interns, sharing best practices and knowledge. - Improve test processes by identifying gaps, proposing enhancements, and implementing best industry standards. - Analyze defects and conduct root cause analysis to improve overall system quality. - Work with automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright to enhance testing efficiency. - Contribute to CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated tests and monitoring their performance. Here’s What We’re Looking For: - 3+ years of experience in software testing, including manual and automation testing. - Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies. - Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Appium, Cypress, etc.). - Proficiency with bug tracking tools (JIRA, TestRail, etc.). - Experience in testing web and mobile applications. - Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset. - Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams. - Experience in performance testing and API testing (Postman, JMeter) is a plus. - ISTQB certification is a strong advantage.
