*Associate Visual Designer* What we prefer you to do: - Develop and design engaging visuals for the Zafer application, website, marketing materials, and other digital platforms. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, development and marketing to ensure designs align with project goals. - Design motion graphics, animations, and short videos for design projects. - Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to continually elevate the visual quality of projects. - Translate complex concepts into visually appealing graphics or illustrations. - Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity by creating style guides, templates, and asset libraries. What we prefer you to have: - Bachelor’s degree in design, visual arts or a related field, or equivalent experience. - Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in visual design for digital mediums. - Proficiency in design tools such as the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop). - Experience with motion graphics and video creation tools (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro). - Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles. - Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
