Role: Manager- CA/ ICWA/ CA inter Location- Bangalore Responsibilities • Preparing Customer wise COGS / Product costing post-production • Reconciling material issues vs consumption & wastage - to arrive at final costing • Calculate material efficiency & production efficiency individually • Compute material & labor efficiency for any given period • Variance analysis - Actual cost of production Vs Quote & PO • Cause of Variance - by each element viz Material / Currency / Production etc. • Overtime Analysis and productivity Improvements • Evaluating scope of automation and data analytics, and propose solutions • Coordinate with Sales Costing for improving the accuracy of the quote and pricing Requirements • Educational Qualification- ICWA/CA-Inter/CA • 3-5 years of experience as a Cost Accountant, Cost Analyst, Accountant or similar role in a manufacturing industry • Thorough knowledge of accounting procedures • Full-time role at factory • Computer literacy, MS Excel in particular (familiarity with VLOOKUPs and pivot tables and Excel Spreadsheets) • Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail • Strong time management skills Email id; [email protected]
