LNIG HOLLARD 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 Business Unit: Sales & Distribution Reports to Head Sales and Distribution 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞: To provide leadership to the Sales team in the fulfilment of client and customer needs by building and maintaining solid relationships that meet client needs and grow LNIG Hollard’s market share. 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: • Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships with clients and distribution partners within area of responsibility. • Implements the Sales and Distribution initiatives under guidance of the Head of Sales and Distribution • Achieve sales targets. • Provides market intelligence to Head of Sales & Distribution, through research regarding external opportunities and pursue potential channel partners across a variety of clusters. • Facilitates closing of new business deals by coordinating requirements; examining risks. • Provides leadership and clear communication (written and verbal) to the sales team and communicate the expected outcomes throughout the distribution channel linkages • Oversee training of sales agents • Monitors sales activity, evaluate progress, providing sound sales advice and producing monthly sales reports including adhoc reports as and when required 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: • College Diploma essential. • Bachelor’s degree desired. • Insurance training would be an added advantage.
