Qualifications: 🎓 Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. 🔹 15+ years of experience in the construction industry, with 5+ years in project management. 📜 Strong knowledge of contract law, including FIDIC clauses. 🤝 Excellent negotiation, risk analysis, and cross-departmental coordination skills. 🌍 Ability to adapt to Middle East working environments.
