This position is a key role in leading and training new Ugandan CROs and ensuring efficient operations. Responsibilities: Project Phase: - Provide direct training, assessment, and mentoring for CRO trainees at various training facilities (e.g., UPIK and company sites). - Develop and review CRO job descriptions and training programs. - Participate in the Alarm Management review process and provide input on HMI screen layouts and system development with Schneider. - Contribute to C&E chart reviews, P&ID mark-ups, and ICSS FAT testing at Schneider’s facility in Chennai, India. - Assist in Operational Training Simulator (OTS) development and assessment of CROs. - Lead CRO trainees in commissioning activities at the site. - Develop CRO Reflex Cards for different phases such as Start-up, Preservation, and Shutdown. - Assist in the...
