ACC is Hiring! We’re hiring a Shift Leader at Arabian Cement Company. Main Responsibilities: - Ensure implementation of safety procedures such as work permits, isolation procedures,use of Personal Protective Equipment, and ensure proper general housekeeping in the plant. - Monitor both production lines and coordinate between the shift staff of both contractors, maintaining a positive community relationship by implementing tracking tools and technical reporting of shift incidents. - Optimise analysis and monitor all operation and quality parameters to reduce costs in terms of thermal and power consumption. Requirements: -Bachelor degree in science or engineering (mechanical, electrical, chemical, or instrumentation) from a recognised university. - Minimum 2 years of experience in a cement plant. - Excellent multitasking capabilities. - Excellent technological comprehension.
