We urgently require Quality Engineer - Mechanical for an EPC company, Job Description as follows Location: Bhuj Qualification: Diploma/BE/BTech – Mechanical Experience: 8 – 10 Years Salary: 80k – 95k /Month Job Description for Quality Engineer- Mech 287 SCOPE OF WORK: Quality Inspection services at your project sites will be carried out generally as per approved drawings/ technical specifications etc and as per the stages of approved FQAS/ QAPs. • WTG Tower & Blade Fabrication all the stages Witness/ Review by nominated inspection agency as per Approved MQP/QAP/OEM's Specifications and Relevant IS IEC Standard References. • Allocated Inspectors should have NDT Level -2 Certification, IA to ensure the deployed inspectors are continued for the entire project completion and these inspectors can't change in between. If any changes require approval from the customer/ client to be taken before 30 days. • If there is a stage inspection requirement given, the concerned expert inspector must arrange. • Stage-wise documentation per tower must be maintained, documents to be reviewed and signed and sealed. Maintain tower-wise Photographs with sequence partition. • The nominated inspection Agency makes DQR, and approval is to be obtained by the client for stage inspection of WTG tower, Blade Inspection. This report is to be shared with the client daily i.e. by 10 am every day for the previous day's production monitoring. • Inspected Material should have identification marking and the details shall be mentioned in inspection reports. • Inspector to mention the conclusion of final inspection i.e. Accept/Reject/Hold. If hold due to pending documents or compliance required for deviations same needs to be reviewed by the inspector and release IRN if compliance/pending documents are found satisfactory. • If there are NCR/Observations during the process inspection, RCA is to be obtained from the vendor and to be reviewed and closed by the inspector, and evidence is to be maintained and shared with the client through a shared folder.
