Some states don't allow AIQ allotted but not joined candidates in their state quota, that's why their round 3 result is already declared. (ALLOTTED list is already there) Since Gujarat is most likely to remove only joined candidates, Gujarat will not release result until MCC joined list is declared. What happens if Gujarat doesn't remove MCC joined candidates? If Gujarat doesn't remove those, those candidates can again be allotted a state seat (if they've active registration of state), but they won't be allowed to resign the MCC seat. In this case, many Gujarat seats will directly go to stray round. To prevent this, Gujarat will wait for MCC joined candidates list & remove those before proceeding for Gujarat round 3 result.
