Yesterday, there was also a different case in Karnataka high court. We'll briefly mention what happened, for those interested. There's a rule in Karnataka that anyone who's ALLOTTED a seat in MCC round 3, whether joined or not, are not eligible for Karnataka round 3. But karantaka released round 3 result without removing MCC round 3 ALLOTTED candidates, resulting in seat blocking. (Some 63+ seats were blocked) So, candidates filed a court case & candidates won. High court of Karnataka asked to remove all those 63+ seats from their ROUND 3, and those 63+ students were asked to join MCC seat *BEFORE 9TH FEBRUARY* As far as the seat blocking was concerned, all those who were eligible for Karnataka round 3, will be made eligible to participate in Karnataka stray round for UPGRADATION.
