Data Management and Reporting: • Create and maintain a dashboard to collect, process, and maintain sales (domestic and international – exports or otherwise), inventory (purchases), expenses, and customer data from multiple sources. • Create and maintain a dashboard of all Tax Invoices and POS from multiple sources. • Develop and automate regular reports, such as sales performance, inventory levels, online sales, e-comm data, and customer behavior insights, to support decision-making. • Create reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, half-yearly, or annual basis, as required. • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all systems and databases. • Maintain records vide bookkeeping for seamless data sharing and action for the team and management. 2. System Maintenance and Support: • Oversee the performance and maintenance of retail information systems, including POS systems, web software, and other retail management tools. • Troubleshoot issues and work to resolve them promptly. • Ensure data backups, disaster recovery, and security protocols are in place and regularly updated. 3. Inventory and Supply Chain Management Support: • Monitor inventory levels and assist in optimizing stock to avoid overstock or stockouts. • Track supply chain KPIs, such as lead times, order fulfillment, and returns, and suggest improvements. • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, logistics, and customers to ensure timely dispatches, deliveries, transit tracking, and returns whenever needed. 4. Customer Insights and Analytics: • Analyze customer data to identify online and in-store shopping patterns, preferences, and trends. • Analyze data to identify trends and insights from financial and sales data. • Collaborate with the marketing team to provide insights for targeted campaigns and customer segmentation. • Track marketing campaigns and promotions to measure their effectiveness and ROI. 5. Process Optimization: • Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in retail operations and recommend system or process improvements. • Assist in implementing new retail management solutions, integrating them into existing workflows. • Facilitate the automation of routine processes, such as sales reporting or reordering low-stock items. To prepare a database for financial, management, and retail information which helps in preparation of dashboards and management reports. 6. Compliance and Data Security: • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, for handling customer and other sensitive data. • Maintain records of all regulatory compliances, annual fees, annual dues, membership fees, insurance renewals, etc. • Regularly update data security protocols and always ensure the accuracy and integrity of data. 7. Training and User Support: • Act as a point of contact for any MIS-related queries or issues from staff. • Document system workflows, processes, and troubleshooting guides for easy reference. 8.
