Our goal is to create unforgettable experiences and build long-lasting relationships with our Clients. *Position Overview* We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Relationship Executive who will be Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with event companies, venues, and Potential clients. The ideal candidate will be proactive, comfortable with cold calling, and Enthusiastic about establishing new connections. This position will require extensive travel Within the city for client meetings, venue visits, and college collaborations Interview process - Face to face only * On Roll - On Company payroll * Fixed General Shift (Day Shift) * 6 Days Working (Saturday & Sunday weekly Off) * Attractive Incentives Plan + Fixed Salary * Work from office * Work Location – Pune & Mumbai * Experience: (6 months to 1.6 years) * Skills: Good Communication Skills, Basic IT knowledge * Qualification: Undergraduate / Any Graduates * Salary: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year (20K to 30K PM) *Roles & Responsibilities* ● Client Acquisition & Relationship Building: ○ Visit event companies and venues on a daily basis to build and maintain Relationships. ○ Identify and explore potential clients for Genie On Hire services. ○ Perform cold calls to generate new business opportunities and set up Meetings. *Venue & Event Company Engagement* ○ Meet with event planners, coordinators, and venue owners to discuss Possible collaborations. ○ Research and identify key venues that align with our services. ○ Keep track of industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead. *College Collaborations* ○ Visit local colleges to explore collaboration opportunities for events, student Programs, and internships. ○ Establish connections with college management to discuss potential event Hosting or partnerships. *Reporting & Coordination* ○ Maintain a database of leads, prospects, and meetings. ○ Provide regular reports to the senior management team on leads, progress, And outcomes. ○ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and Followed through *Training* ● Initial training will be conducted in Pune for a period of 3 months, covering company Services, client engagement strategies, and relationship-building techniques. *Post-Training* ● upon successful completion of the training period, the employee will be permanently Posted in Mumbai for continued growth and responsibilities. *Qualifications & Skills Required* ● Educational Background: ○ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. *Skills And Competencies* ○ Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ○ Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented. ○ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. ○ Comfortable with cold calling and client outreach. ○ Willingness to travel extensively and meet people across various industries. *Additional Requirements* ● Passion for networking and building lasting professional relationships. ● Flexibility to visit colleges, event venues, and clients as needed. ● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. *Compensation* ● Competitive salary based on experience and skills. ● Performance-based incentives. ● Travel and other related expenses covered by the company *Click the link to Apply on WhatApp* https://2ly.link/23asj
