Issue necessary circulars regarding exam schedules, rules, and regulations. ✅ Security & Confidentiality Ensure safe transportation and storage of question booklets. Appoint responsible officials for handling exam materials securely. Coordinate with police for security at examination centers. ✅ Infrastructure & Logistics Ensure all exam centers have proper seating, lighting, and ventilation. Arrange for drinking water and first aid at centers. Check that necessary stationery and answer sheets are available. ✅ Deployment of Staff Assign experienced and honest invigilators and observers.
