If Allah opens for you the door to the tahajud pray , do not you see those who sleep with a look of demeaning! وإذا فتح الله عليك في باب الصيام؛ فلا تنظر للمفطرين نظرة ازدراء. If Allah opens for you the door to fasting, do not you see people who do not fast with a look of demeaning! وإذا فتح الله عليك في باب الجهاد؛ فلا تنظر للقاعدين نظرة ازدراء If Allah opens for you the door of jihad, do not you see people who do not do jihad with a look demeaning! فرب نائم ومفطر وقاعد؛ أقرب إلى الله منك It could be a sleeping person, a person who is not fasting, and a person who is not jihad, he is closer to Allah than you. وإنك أن تبيت نائما وتصبح نادما خير من أن تبيت قائما وتصبح مُعجَبا And really you spend the night with sleep and wake up early in a state of regret, it's better than you spend the night with prayer, but in the morning you feel ujub. فإن المعجب لا يصعد له عمل Indeed, the person who has his deeds with Ujub has, will not rise (accepted by Allah). 📚 Madaarijus Saalikiin, 1/177 •┈┈┈┈•⊰✿ •🌹• ✿⊱•┈┈┈┈•
