*Job Title: Civil Engineer – Plant Construction* in *Secure Group of Companies* Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Engineer with 5-7 years of experience in plant construction. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing multiple construction sites across different locations, ensuring project completion within stipulated timelines and quality standards. Location: Multiple Sites (Travel Required) Taloja, Nimrana, Kalahasti, Noida, Siliguri, Varanasi Experience: 5-7 Years Key Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage civil construction activities for plant projects across multiple locations. • Plan, execute, and monitor construction work to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and industry best practices. • Coordinate with contractors, site engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution of projects. • Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets. • Prepare and review project reports, construction drawings, and material requirements. • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, safety, and environmental regulations. • Implement quality control procedures to maintain construction standards. • Manage and mentor junior engineers and site supervisors. Requirements: • Diploma /Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. • 5-7 years of experience in plant construction projects, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or infrastructure sectors. • Strong knowledge of construction techniques, structural engineering, and project management principles. • Willingness to handle multiple sites across different locations and travel as required. • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other construction management software is an advantage. • Understanding of safety regulations and environmental compliance. • The candidate should have a strong knowledge of estimation and billing. • Candidates from contracting firms are preferred.
