Internship Opportunity with Veditum India Foundation's Summer'25 (Work from home; Paid; May- July'25) : Apply by 10th March 2025 India Sand Watch is an environmental accountability project with an open-data platform at its heart, enabling collection, annotation & archiving of data related to sand mining in India, identifying spatial and temporal trends. They are looking for 4 student interns to work with the Veditum India Foundation team on their environmental accountability project India Sand Watch focusing on river sand mining activity across India. The last date to apply is 10th March 2025 ➡️ 3 x Policy Research interns to review sand mining policies & documents from Madhya Pradesh Individuals with a background in research, environment, public policy, law, media and related fields (e.g: water, environment, human rights, public policy, journalism, environmental communication etc.) will be given preference. ➡️ 1 x Multimedia Intern (with video editing skills) Individuals with a background/experience in multimedia, visual communication, content creation, video editing and similar fields will be given preference. Engagement Type & Duration: 🔸 These are minimum 2-month internships for students currently enrolled at an Indian university. 🔸 This is a remote/WFH position, and you will be expected to work during office hours i.e. 10 am to 6 pm | Monday to Friday. 🔸 Work months: between May, June, July.
