_*Regarding Examination forms for Regular Exam, Summer 2024-25 Exams*_ Dear Students, I have sent out the *dates regarding the submission of regular examination forms for the summer 2024-25 session* . Please make sure to *read all the guidelines carefully, including the eligibility criteria* for submitting exam forms. I have also *highlighted the final submission date and the start of the penalty period for late submissions* . **Note:** _Once the exam form submission deadline has passed, no requests for submission without a penalty will be entertained._ _*Name of Exams: (Season: Summer 2024-25)*_ BTech Regular Exam, Semester - 4, Summer 2024-25 BTech Regular Exam, Semester - 6, Summer 2024-25 BTech Regular Exam, Semester - 8, Summer 2024-25 MTech Regular Exam, Semester - 4, Summer 2024-25 _*Eligibility for Criteria*_ (1) A Student has to pay all his/her pending Fees like Tuition Fees, Examination Fees, Fine, if any, Breakage charges etc. to get University Exam Form in the current Academic Term/Year/Semester University Examinations. (2) If a student has any *pending fees* then his/her Exam Form will not be released and *he/she will not be eligible to appear in University examinations.* _*Guidelines for Students*_ (1) Student has to report to their *parent Department* only. (2) Those students who have their *fees due will not get the exam form from the institute* . Pay the pending fees, if any produce the paid fee detail to the students’ section. Upon payment of due fees, you will get your exam form from your parent Institute. (3) After the *last date of submission of the Exam Form*, a *penalty will be imposed Rs. 200 per week until your Exam form submission.* (4) In case of late submission of Examination Forms: Students will *Pay the late Fee for Examination form from the Parul university website:* https://www.paruluniversity.ac.in/ *On Website:* Admission -> Pay your Fees -> Miscellaneous Fees -> Select Fees Type: Exam Fine.
