The Shipping & Commercial Coordinator is responsible for managing the logistics, documentation, and financial coordination of coal shipments, ensuring compliance with export regulations, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth commercial operations. 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 As a Shipping & Commercial Coordinator, you will: ✔️ Manage shipping logistics and budgets for coal exports. ✔️ Ensure compliance with export regulations and oversee customs clearance. ✔️ Coordinate with buyers, vessel agents, and surveyors to ensure smooth shipments. ✔️ Handle shipping documentation such as Bill of Lading, Cargo Manifest, and Certificate of Origin. ✔️ Manage stowage plans, coal royalty payments, and jetty compliance. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 • Prepare and monitor shipping budgets and expenses. • Coordinate with buyers to receive and process shipping instructions. • Oversee vessel agents and ensure all shipping documents are in order. • Liaise with customs brokers for smooth export clearance. • Prepare and verify export documentation, including Lembar Shipping (LS) and Pemberitahuan Ekspor Barang (PEB). • Manage stowage plans and coordinate loading operations at the jetty. • Ensure compliance with Indonesian export regulations and taxation.
