Orange Cake Recipe 😋 Ingredients: All purpose flour 2 1/2 cups. 3 eggs. 1 Cup cooking oil. 1/2 Cup Sugar. 1 Cup freshly squeezed orange juice. 1 tbsp Orange Zest. 1 tbsp baking powder. Pinch of baking soda. Procedure: In a bowl add sugar and orange zest and mix. Add cooking oil. Add orange juice and eggs and whisk Until well combined. Mix dry ingredients (baking powder, flour and baking soda) and sieve. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and fold Until well incorporated. Don't over mix. Prepare the baking tin, grease with margarine and dust with flour. Pour the batter into the greased tin. Bake in a preheated oven 180° for 45-50 minutes or until it passes the toothpick test. When ready let it cool. Serve and enjoy.
