THE trial of business partners Moses Mpofu and Mike Chimombe who are facing charges of fraud involving US$7 million in a botched Presidential Goat Pass-On Scheme has hit another brick wall after its postponement this Monday. The trial, which was set to resume this Monday, hit a snag due to the absence of Mpofu's legal counsel of choice, Advocate Tapson Dzvetero, who is attending his brother-in-law's funeral.
