*📮HOTD - Good and Bad of Transaction must be Revealed* قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏ "‏ الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا ـ أَوْ قَالَ حَتَّى يَتَفَرَّقَا ـ فَإِنْ صَدَقَا وَبَيَّنَا بُورِكَ لَهُمَا فِي بَيْعِهِمَا، وَإِنْ كَتَمَا وَكَذَبَا مُحِقَتْ بَرَكَةُ بَيْعِهِمَا ‏"‌‏.‏ Rasūlullāhﷺ ne farmāyā, "Kharīdnay aur bechnay walon ko is waqt tak ikhtiyār (bai' khaṭm kar dene kā) hai jab tak dono judā na hoṅ, yā aap (ṣallallāhu 'alayhi wa sallam) ne («mā lam yatafarraqā» ke bajāye) «ḥattā yatafarraqā» farmāyā." (Rasūlullāhﷺ ne mazeed irshād farmāyā:) "Pas agar dono ne sachā'ī se kām liyā aur har bāt ṣāf ṣāf khol dī to un kī kharīd-o-farokht mein barakat hotī hai, lekin agar ko'ī bāt chhupā rakhī yā jhooth kahī to un kī barakat khaṭm kar dī jātī hai." رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا، خریدنے اور بیچنے والوں کو اس وقت تک اختیار ( بیع ختم کر دینے کا ) ہے جب تک دونوں جدا نہ ہوں یا آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ( «ما لم يتفرقا» کے بجائے ) «حتى يتفرقا» فرمایا۔ ( نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے مزید ارشاد فرمایا ) پس اگر دونوں نے سچائی سے کام لیا اور ہر بات صاف صاف کھول دی تو ان کی خرید و فروخت میں برکت ہوتی ہے لیکن اگر کوئی بات چھپا رکھی یا جھوٹ کہی تو ان کی برکت ختم کر دی جاتی ہے۔ Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "The seller and the buyer have the right to keep or return goods as long as they have not parted or till they part; and if both the parties spoke the truth and described the defects and qualities (of the goods), then they would be blessed in their transaction, and if they told lies or hid something, then the blessings of their transaction would be lost." 📚Sahih al-Bukhari 2079
