"When I found out I was having a daughter, everything changed. Growing up, I didn't see healthy love. My parents divorced when I was 6, and my stepfather was abvs!ve to my mom. Those experiences shaped me, but when I became a dad, I knew I had to break the cycle.
"I wanted my daughter to know real love and respect. I sought therapy to unlearn t0xic patterns and heal from past hurt and anger. I became the father I wished I had, showing my daughter what true love looks like.
