IAF officer and ISRO astronaut Shubhanshu Shukla has been named the pilot for Axiom Mission 4, a private spaceflight set to launch to the International Space Station (ISS) in spring 2025, NASA announced. Born on October 10, 1985, in Lucknow, Shukla aims to perform Yoga poses aboard the ISS. He is also a part of India’s prestigious Gaganyaan programme.
