As solopreneurs and small business owners, we must become masters of self-management. This means being intentional with our time, prioritizing projects that truly matter, and focusing on the next best step to move forward. Without this discipline, it’s easy to get overwhelmed by the sheer number of tasks competing for our attention. For CEOs, managers, or business owners with employees, this principle holds a different but equally important lesson. Hiring great people is only half the equation. The other half is empowering them to do what they do best.
