Multiklean (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Messenger Duties:
o Collecting and delivering documents, packages, and other items within the office and to external locations.
o Running errands as needed.
Workers Personal Information Management:
o Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of employee personal information, including contact details, employment history, and leave requests.
o Ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data privacy regulations.
Fleet Records Management:
o Maintaining records of company vehicles, including maintenance schedules, insurance details, and mileage logs.
o Coordinating vehicle repairs and maintenance.
Personal Assistant Duties:
o Managing the schedules and appointments of senior executives.
o Preparing reports and presentations.
Accounting and Administration Duties:
• Maintaining office supplies and equipment.
• Assisting in preparing financial reports and budgets.
• Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
• CGI/Degree/Diploma in Administration/Accounting/Finance.
• 2 years of experience in office administration.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
