Measure twice, cut once. It works for DIYs, but it can also work for your interviews, it just needs some polish. Think twice, say once. There, fixed. If you encounter questions you don’t know how to answer, try to stay calm and pause for a second before replying. In most cases, people freeze or blurt out the first thing they can think of (which generally doesn’t help). Take a moment and collect your thoughts. Then answer with as much confidence as possible (even if you’re not feeling it). And remember: Don’t get in your head about that one question and sabotage the rest of the interview.
