*Monday 3rd February* *Daily Cereals...🍵...* *Word for Today: CHECK YOUR WORDS* *Today's Scripture: Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers. Ephesians 4:29* One of the ways a person can get into trouble easily is by speaking carelessly. No wonder _James 3:2 says, "For in many things we offend all. If any man offend not in word, the same is a perfect man, and able also to bridle the whole body."_ If you find out that your words easily offend others, I want you to try a little exercise. Before saying anything, take a moment to consider these three things: *• Are the words I want to say positive?* *• Are the words I want to say harmless to others?* *• Are the words I want to say necessary?* _If your answer to any of these three questions is no, then you should not speak. Today's Bible reading tells us how to use our words. My dear friend, speak only words that will uplift, encourage, and motivate others henceforth._ *_Prayer for Today: Father, please help me speak only the right words at all times, words that uplift and encourage others, words that give life.
