*BUTCHERY SUPERVISOR* *Location Gweru* Applications are invited from suitably qualified and competent individuals to fill in the above position that has arisen at Gweru Bellevue Abattoir Butchery. *MINIMUM QUALIFICATONS AND EXPERIENCE* ❖ Bachelor’s degree in Food and Processing/Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Agriculture/ or any other relevant qualification. ❖ Should be able to communicate at all levels. ❖ Must be honest, reliable, mature and be able to work under pressure. ❖ Should have at least 5 years working experience in a related field. ❖ Strong attention to detail. ❖ Knowledge of Meat Matrix and Microsoft Office packages will be an added advantage. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ❖ Slaughterhouse Management. ❖ Producers’ or Suppliers Management. ❖ Dispatch Management. ❖ Stock Controlling. ❖ Ensuring staff comply with NSSA SHEQ standards. ❖ Directly coordinate and supervises cleaning and maintenance of the abattoir premises.
